We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return you will require proof of purchase (your order number) and the product must be returned in the condition it was received (unused, in the bag it came in, with the tag still on). We are always trying to improve our products and the customer experience, so please give us constructive criticism on how we can do better next time.
